The life of a freelancer :)

It's been 2 years since I resigned from my last office job, gee how time flew so fast.. The changing situation make us have to be wiser on spending the budget, and it double up when my husband also decided to become a freelance business analyst too. A few days ago the Indonesian government decided to increasing the fuel price up to 30% :'P.

Phew.. and this is my sketch on how we cope with the 'increasing' everything in here.. :) I think the saving tips from a freelancer, is applicable for everyone right now..
*don't take it too seriously, just a few doodles to laugh about the situation.. ^_^

Saving tips number 1

Don't forget to buy 'tempe and sweet potatoes' ( a traditional food in Indonesia, tasty food with a low price!) instead of KFC or Mc. Donald

The new trend in the neighborhood. 'Tummy button' show off for toddler who grow fast, it is trendy and it is money friendly for the parents, mall and window shopping is a no-no nowadays..

Buy 2 items for three :D
err.. you know what I mean, no Starbucks, no Saint Cinnamon Rolls, no cheese cake factory..

It's quite good, the place is clean, though there's a few of vandalism here n there.. sigh, the kids run like they never run before, play stick in the river, running, play with the leaves, running again. Yes running is a major issue here, and they did it at 11.30 a.m... *-*
Still, outdoor activity is better... :)

I certainly put blame on that books! Why it have to be so good, so interesting, and to all the writer, yes I will vote you all for the next candidate for the election if you willing to! heehee..

Workaholic Bunny Mom

the ideas is from my 2 sister who claim she would prefer to be a stay at home mom, but I think actually she's a workaholic person, and being a workaholic person doesn't mean one should work in the office right..? If I look at her, she just like a bunny, cannot sit calm, always jumping around here and there..

I love if she come and visit me, cause it means, tidiness is coming around, I remember when I'm back from school one day, and find that my room has changed into a 'princess like room', I love the decoration and the beauty of it , very much, despite of the 'pink color' sis... if you read this, I bet you remember.. heehee

And this pink color scheme bunny is dedicated to my sisters, love you sis, and happy mothers day, children if you read this, do love your mom, ok! :)

oh, and one of her friends criticize me, "Auntie, trees don't have eyes.., it's different from the models.." and she asked me to removed the eyes from the trees drawing, no matter what stories I made up about it .. I think it's too scary for her.. :')

Definitely agree, in a hectic time between projects and house works, I always try to find a little time to be quiet and listen.., birds singing always have a calming effect for me.. (since I don't have a dragon to look and admire to.. sigh) and of course, a little doodles will complete it.. :)
